3. Post purchase of handset when will I get the Benefits?

4. Is there some specific First recharge/recharge I need to do to get the offer?
GSM prepay customers (CDMA in case of ND, BH, and HP) need to recharge with Rs.666 to avail the offer. Offer not available in ROWB for prepay. GSM postpay customers (CDMA in case of ND, BH, HP and ROWB) need to be on Rs.666 plan to avail the offer.
5. In case I have not got the benefits within 72 hrs?
- Check if the handset model is eligible
- Check if it is not a pre used Handset (should be a new Handset ESN in Tata network)
- Check if you have recharged with Rs. 666 on GSM sim (CDMA in case of ND, BH and HP) in case of prepay. Offer not available in ROWB
- Check if you are on Rs. 666 plan on GSM sim (CDMA in case of ND, BH, HP and ROWB) in case of postpay
- Check if the sim in CDMA slot is inserted correctly and ensure that you have made the 1st call using CDMA sim
- If all the above are true and you have not got the offer please call our call centre
6. Are there any other conditions to the offer?
Yes you will need to continue using the SIM on the same handset to keep getting benefits of the plan for the offer period. In case the first tracked del and Handset get de-paired the offer will be removed in the subsequent month.
7. If I do not recharge with 666 in the 2nd month and recharge again with 666 in the 3rd month, would I get data credit?
You will get data credit in the month only when you recharge with 666. So, in the above case, data will be credited in the 3rd month and not the 2nd month.
8. How long is this offer valid?
